I've pulled a few of mine due to heavy handed data centre policies. Eg Colo Crossing null routed a server of mine for no reason, other than they saw NTP traffic and suspected a problem. Their last response was "The system blocks outbound NTP UDP Port 123 when traffic is beyond 10 mbit. There is no legitimate reason for NTP traffic beyond that threshold." My box was doing around 100Kbps in each direction when the null routed the IP :-( Also I've noticed an increase in attempted amplification traffic, even if it's a server that has always been configured correctly.
