[Pool] Problems with my servers

A few months ago, I noticed my first server having odd results.  Very 
recently, my second server started doing the same.

I haven't seen any connectivity problems with either and they are used 
quite regularly.

Below are images of what I see in the monitoring for each server.  Any 
help would be appreciated.
