The GPS constellation is now announcing the upcoming leap second. I
discovered this when I got the email from the pool that said that my
server was keeping bad time.
Upon investigation, it turned out that the code had effectively applied
the new offset between TAI and ntp time immediately without waiting for
the end of June to come round.
I think that some more testing is required of my servers.....
