Folks,
the openSSL project has released a new version of the openSSL package
which contains some security fixes.
The NTP installer from the Meinberg web page uses the libeay32.dll which
is included in openSSL.
If you want to update your NTP installation you can download the current
DLL here:
http://www.meinberg.de/download/ntp/windows/openssl-1.0.1m-libeay32.dll.zip
The ZIP file contains the current libeay32.dll which you can copy over
the existing one, and then restart the NTP service. Admin rights are
required to do this.
The NTP project will release NTP v4.2.8p2 soon and the DLL will then
also be shipped with the new installer.
