I noticed that one of my servers was several minutes fast.

Looks like the server was removed (per
http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/108.166.189.70) but my server was still
using it (since it has been up since before the server was removed from the
pool).  Not sure if it should still be kept current time wise or someone
needs to reach out to the owner and have them stop serving time all
together if it was removed.
