It looks like something is indeed broken. I have tried to add two other IPv6 servers and it fails with that same message, while my existing IPv6 server continues to function. Maybe the website does some sort of pre-validation before handing over the server to the monitoring service, and it now fails to validate IPv6 servers? (symptoms are the same: immediate failure message without incoming NTP traffic at the server)
