I started editing a file and left it for a while. When I came back later I found
this:

For now I'll turn off autosaving.

Is there anything I can do to help debug this? Perhaps the two Steves can check
whether they have the same experience.

To get the above error message, I read in a teach file, (e.g. teach eliza),
rename it to make it writeable, do a collection of global edits to make sure the
number of changes has passed any required threshold, then leave the file for a
time.
