There is a webmail service out of France that offers a pop3 access for your account. No smpt, however. At least not that I could determine. Visitmail.com http://www.visitmail.com/ Here at this site where I signed up for my account was in French. I had read that the site has English and Spanish versions, but I could not find a link to the English version, so I had to wing it in French. LOL...I had to rely on my 8th grade French which was many, many years ago. <g> But anyway, I got an account. If you think you can navigate through a french signup form, then give this a try.
