I have found a very good one, except I have to use
my ISPs SMTP which isn't to nice.  It is called Fan
Mail.  You have many choices of domains, it is
instantaneous, STABLE, and the only real downtime I
have seen is downtime caused by maintenance which
they run every week as usual.
