You later posted you figured this out, but this is odd to me:
At their site they say to use "mail.digitalme.com" for the POP, IMAP
and SMTP servers. I've been using pop.digitalme.com for the pop server
and smpt.digitalme.com for the smtp server and doing fine with them.
As for HTTP, they have it set up to use as web mail. I am not sure how
you would capture that for use in your Outlook Express.
