Two possible reasons:
(1) You might have a break in that address to which you are sending the
message, which would invalidate the destination address.
(2) The number of characters might be exceeding OE5's limits for the
To: field.
Try copy/paste'ing the entire address into your To: field, making sure
it is all together in proper protocol, without any breaks in the line.
Then send it.
