You might care to reassess "inregina". ;>)

Being Canadian, my initial reaction to the name was that it must be a
service of the city of Regina (so named in honor of Queen Victoria - Latin
for queen - at its founding in the late 1800's), capital of the western
province of Saskatchewan. With a population of over 180,000 it is the
largest city in the province and the official headquarters of the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police.

I have tried several times to find the email signup site on "inregina.com"
but although there is a link on the main page, I have failed repeatedly to
get it to load. Does anyone know if "inregina" is still accepting new
accounts?

On the other hand, perhaps "inregina" has nothing to do with the city of
Regina, in which case I'm stumped.
