There are several new POP services being touted on the Free Email Providers
Guide this week. The German site proved to be unduly formidable and
intimidating (the courageous among you or those with a few German language
credits on your c.v. will undoubtedly crack it) while one of the Italian
sites (Libero) was beyond my ability to decipher. However, a third site,
"inwind.it", finally yielded to my dubious responses.
Thus far it has been behaving admirably, so I am hoping that it will prove
to be as reliable as "suisse.ch" and "laposte.net", my favourites on the
European POP circuit.
"Inwind.it" seems to offer 15MB of storage (my Italian is virtually
nonexistent) and requires SMTP authentication.
