I haven't tried the web interface, but I haven't been able to pop them since last night.

But it is certainly working now. I have about 20 accounts on myrealbox.com. None of my incoming messages bounced. Remember that myrealbox.com is a "beta" and they do upgrade the software periodically. In my couple years of using the service, it has been realatively reliable.
