It might be down.  I am getting bounces for that domain.  

They are blocking messages from some mailing lists:

Also they are not taking any new signins:

I think they never really focused on stabilizing this system.  It has 
been trouble since it first began.  This service just cannot take a 
heavy load.

If you are unable to get your email via pop3, you might try and log 
onto your account from the webmail interface.
