I just signed up for this.  I also get 

        550 Relaying is prohibited

when trying to send.

I've set up SMTP AUTH in my Pegasus but I don't 
know what a proper dialog would look like.  I've 
pasted debug output below.  Shouldn't there be 
some sort of AUTH dialog?
