Well, worse comes to worse, if someone really wants to switch them and can't
get it to import them let me know. I can crank out a script to do it in a
day or so.

Cheers,
Greg

Apparently, there is a way. I have tried to do it myself, having one whole
message in Outlook to work with but so far no luck.

I have been going through the archives of the Calypso Mailing list to find
an answer for you and all I have come up with is the following which may be
enough of a clue to give you an approach.

"the fact you need to save with a different extension" I assume this
cryptic utterance from one of the list members means that the messages (or
file containing the messages) in Outlook must be saved with a different
extension.

Calypso's programmer, Tom Evans, added, "Fact is that was the simplest way
to implement the ability to import Outlook / OE messages (something most
people would only do once). "

So yes, it can be done according to the guy who wrote the lion's share of
the programme. I will continue to burrow through the archives in the hope
of coming up with something a bit more substantive but in the interim I
hope the above breadcrumb provides a clue through the maze.
