Thanks for the reply I've heard the Raymond Scott record, but I just find 
Plone too dull and somewhat anal, we all know Pop means Britney as well as 
Orange Juice, but 90's production values just ruin even good commercial pop, 
so I'm looking for something else. Occasionally I listen to the start of the 
Mary Ann Hobbs "Rock" show, just to feel self satisfied and get a laugh. 
Nevertheless at least rock music isn't "cool"  which is nice in a Bateman 
sort of way. Charity shop book find of the week; Wilde's last stand, 50p
