Hi, i'm planning releasing Poppler 0.6.4 on Saturday 26th based on poppler-0.6 branch, there's not much changes on 0.6.3 but that's our stable version ;-)
Anyway we have fixes for a crash on splash, one in Qt4 frontend, a bug in Qt4 frontend, a use after free in HtmlOutputDev and a compile fix for mingw32 so i think it's woth a number increase. If you want something in the release commit it ASAP.
