Albert - the material now available at
<http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/cmap/> contains the complete set
of Cmaps that we ship with Adobe Acrobat/Reader - so all character
collections are covered.

If you believe that we did not post something, PLEASE post the details about
what was previously available and what is no longer so we can resolve it.
