while pdfunite 0.57 generate a two page PDF from the two single page PDF
attached at:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101449
pdfunite 0.58 instead fail and core dump:
$ pdfunite PDFlayers_pag1.pdf PDFlayers_pag2.pdf PDFlayers_PDFunite0.58.pdf
Internal Error (0): Call to Object where the object was type 13, not the
expected type 7
Aborted (core dumped)
