AFAIK, this is the penultimate first/next release of popt as a
separate project:

I may have to rebuild once more to get the i18n contacts updated.
Anybody willing to try and QA the packaging would be most welcome.
I'm always embarrased when I publically screw up *.rpm packaging ;-)
Note the historical discontinuity in the changelog.
