I've built popt-1.14-1 packages from HEAD on Fedora/i386.
You should be able to find the packages at
http://wraptastic.org/pub/i386-linux/SRPMS/popt-1.14-1.src.rpm
http://wraptastic.org/pub/i386-linux/RPMS/popt-1.14-1.i386.rpm
All that remains AFAIK is to finish integrating UTF-8 and POPT_fprintf
() patches.
'Twould be nice to find bugs before, not immediately after, release. ;-)
