libpopt 1.16 does not compile when stdint.h is not available (patch included)

Hi,

I just tried to compile libpopt 1.16 on Solaris 9 with Sun Studio 12 and noticed
that stdint.h is unconditionally included even when configure did not detect its
presence. The attach patch uses inttypes.h instead if available and allows clean
compilation.
