Waktu terakhir saya ke Kelurahan awal November '07, saya dikasih tahu, bedanya pada saat mengisi master data ada formulir baru pengganti yang lama. Ukurannya lebih kecil dari sebelumnya. Soal biaya pembuatan sama seperti KTP yang selama ini dipakai.
