Vivek,
AFAIK, the resource files like flash-demo.vm should be included inside the
apa-gems jar file. Those vm files are used as a default template when they are
not overriden by a PA.
What I found that in apa-gems'pom, the resources path was customized, not using
the default maven resources path.
So, IMO, the resources path customization in apa-gems'pom should be removed and
all resource files should be moved into /src/main/resources.
