Maintenance update to sylpheed 2.5.0.
Add patches to let it compile with Gtk 2.14, idea taken from Debian BTS.
(note that still using functions deprecated since Gtk 2.0 is not a good idea)
Add desktop-file goo while here and regen PLIST.
