- update to gnugk-2.2.8
Some of the changes:
* auto-reconnect feature for all database drivers
* support for using stored procedures when using MySQL
* the extended 'sql' routing policy now supports setting multiple
failover routes
- use SUBST_CMD
- remove GNUGK_ID variable... not useful
