let me try to clarify this a bit :-)

the problem is that devhelp, among others, use webkit. devhelp is a run
time dependency of quite a number of gnome port. having webkit being
marked broken for sparc64 (although it does build), would mean that
devhelp won't be available on sparc64, and thus major parts of gnome
would not be available for users on sparc64.

so we decided to removed the BROKEN marker for sparc64 from webkit to
allow devhelp and other to be installed. although this means devhelp
will be unuseable on sparc64, at least large parts of the gnome desktop
are available for the user.

it's a necessary evil that was discussed with ajacoutot@, landry@ and
naddy@ and will be sorted out asap.
