Log message:
Update to libsoup 2.28.0, needed for newer webkit/gnome/etc.. commit it
early so eventual runtime fallout will be dealt at p2k9.
Major bump on soup-2.4 lib, minor bump on soup-gnome-2.4 lib.
Tested in a bulk build by jasper@ and sthen@, thanks!
