Update firefox-esr to 68.1.0.

Basically a copy of what was under www/mozilla-firefox, as 60esr will
soon be EOL, and we want to track 68esr in 6.6-stable.
As a side-effect, esr now uses pledge like mainline firefox.
The bn-BD & bn-IN lackpacks were merged into bn.
