import ruby Zeitwerk
Zeitwerk implements constant autoloading with Ruby semantics. Each gem
and application may have their own independent autoloader, with its own
configuration, inflector, and logger. Supports autoloading, preloading,
reloading, and eager loading.
a new dependency needed to update activesupport.
