Update herbstluftwm to 0.7.2
Release 0.7.2 notes:

* When herbstluftwm is not running and herbstclient is called, the
absent herbstluftwm is detected instead of hanging forever.
* Close window on _NET_CLOSE_WINDOW. This makes closing windows via ewmh
panels work.
* Fix return code of remove_attr
* Fix error when unmanaging clients
* Some typo fixes in the documentation
