MFC chromium updates:
- unbreak chrome://system by not trying to get the amount of used file
descriptors through the metrics code so that a pledge violation is
avoided if the sandbox is enabled (which is the default)
- update to 79.0.3945.117
(skipping U2F because it needs libfido2 which wasn't in base in 6.6)
