Patch the copy of openssl-sys used in audio/ncspot build to allow
continued building against libressl now that the version number has been
bumped to 3.1.0 (openssl-sys has a tight version check). Clue from
semarie@, similar to patches already made in lang/rust, www/newsboat
and www/zola.
