Port changes:
- Ported from qt4 to qt5.
- Using tarball instead of Google code.
- WANTLIB/*DEPEND* cleanups.
- Patch to use our sincos(3) instead of compat.
- Patch qstrcpy with strlcpy since our qt5
does not export and use qstrcpy.
Tweaks from rsadowski@:
- reorder MODULES, _DEPENDS
- fix tabs/ spaces
- use EXTRACT_SUFX = -RETRO.tar.bz2
