Update to working tmate 2.4.0
2.2.1 was broken/outdated in several ways, 2.4.0 now only chokes
on newer tmux.conf syntax, but otherwise works; changelog at
https://github.com/tmate-io/tmate/releases - mainly:
- libssh 0.9 compatibility
- SSH keys are no longer needed
- SSH key access control
- foreground mode
- support for named sessions
