Update to vis 0.6
Lots of fixes and improvements, see
https://github.com/martanne/vis/releases/tag/v0.6 .
All patches fixed, "make regress" is happy for 22/28 tests.
DEBUG is not yet honored and DEBUG_PACKAGES are missing,
this will be done in a separate commit.
