Log message:
Update to anki-2.1.16, from Andrea Fleckenstein with a bit of
cleanup by me. Moves to Python 3/py-qt5/py-qtwebengine and unbreaks.
This isn't the latest version but newer ones use Rust so this is a
good stepping stone.
