Assorted tweaks/cleanups to reduce differences with www/mozilla-firefox:
- properly set MOZILLA_PROJECT to firefox-esr, and cleanup PLIST
- use MOZILLA_PROJECT where appropriate instead of adding -esr
everywhere, now the Makefile are easily diffables
