update www/ephemetoot to 2.5
- add option to archive every toot as a JSON file (@jpmens)
- add community docs including Code of Conduct and pull request template
- --quiet mode suppresses most logging
- --archive-deleted flag restricts archiving to only toots that are deleted
- tildes didn't work for archive paths - now they do.
- the version number is now correct
