Remove these mono leaf ports:

devel/dbus-sharp-glib
devel/mono-gdata
devel/mono-notify
sysutils/ndesk-dbus
sysutils/ndesk-dbus-glib
www/mono-xsp
These were mostly used for x11/gnome/banshee which has been removed a long time
ago and they don't serve any purpose anymore.
The goal would be to update the current mono gtk2 stack to gtk3 at some point.
