disable k2pdfopt in converters/Makefile, it was already marked BROKEN
but it had a dep on graphics/openjpeg which has been removed, causing
problems for dpb/sqlports.
add some notes from my several failed attempts at updating this port to
k2pdfopt/Makefile.
