Update to go-1.18.2
go1.18.2 (released 2022-05-10) includes security fixes to the
syscall package, as well as bug fixes to the compiler, runtime, the
go command, and the crypto/x509, go/types, net/http/httptest,
reflect, and sync/atomic packages.
