audio/mpg123: update to 1.30.0
* mpg123(1) now calls wget(1) or curl(1) to support HTTP(S) streaming.
If either executable is present, it will be used automatically.
Since this is an optional feature, we do not add a dependency.
* Miscellaneous small fixes and improvements.
