audio/libsidplay: update to 1.36.59, fix data type width
* Update to 1.36.59, found on Gentoo.
* Fix the "dword" data types to be 32 bits even on 64-bit platforms.
This fixes sid2wav from audio/sidplay.
Based on a patch by Dave Vandervies.
* Drop maintainer.
