Log message:
register conflict in setuptools with python 3.10 versions from 7.2-stable;
otherwise if you have the py3.10 package installed on 7.2 (which has the
"ensurepip" copy of setuptools in lib/python3.10/site-packages because
it's the "non default" version of py3) and update to -current/7.3, the
new setuptools package conflicts, so py39+py310+setuptools updates need
to be sequenced together.
