mjpegtools: disable quicktime, merge in mjpegtools,quicktime package to main.

add @pkgpath marker pointed out by ajacoutot so that pkg_add -u can find
updates (ignoring mjpegtools+optimized for this to avoid extra mess in
a path which doesn't matter as we don't build FLAVOR=optimized binary
packages anyway), ok ajacoutot@
