- use multiple threads for lld when linking libxul, from naddy@. For now
default to 2, and MAKE_JOBS if there's "enough" RAM. On my build VM,
with 8 threads, linking went from 2h to 45mn.
- drop patch from #1832242, merged upstream
- rename glxtest.cpp patch, file was moved
