fix a few nits
- rewrite history as needed
- use external ISO8601 parser (to be used in dpb-replay as well)
- don't do a progressmeter in verbose mode, the % are distracting
(should also display "non removed files" as comments
but since I fucked up history a bit that will be waaay too verbose for now)
